my room was super it was the beautiful twin room. the staff was supportive they help me with my luggage. the food was excellent i did eat at the restaurant.
i did not like one guy at the reception desk he was not so polite. he was not helpful in calling an uber for us. he did not give us any map or brochure to guide tourists.

The food tasted awesome. I really enjoyed the la carte dinner I had right after checking in after my flight. Mr Rakesh, Mr Raktim, and Mz. Sajia made sure I was well taken care of. It felt amazing that I didn't just travel and land an hour ago! The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I felt it. I enjoyed the hi tea time at the club lounge a lot. Service was amazing from Salini and Riya. This was really a wonderful and appreciated experience.
The room showed some signs of aging. There were some marks on the walls, not perfect.

The hotel features an infinity pool. It is the best part of the hotel. There is also a gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes. a selection of free weights, great for maintaining a workout routine. Guests can access a business center that offers computers, printers, and meeting rooms.

the breakfast spread impressed me. Shalini was very helpful at the restaurant. the overall food and service were wonderful.
the staff were not really familiar with local tourism. they did not have maps or brochures to guide tourists. the reception desk unofficially exchanged foreign currency at rates much lower than elsewhere, i applied, twice.
